One Hand Knives

© 1998 Bill Baughn all rights reserved

The Alaskan Ulu. Invented by Eskimos this is the ultimate kitchen knife for one handed cooks. The ulu cuts with a rocking action. It's bevel is only on one side so it cuts straight.

This is a large skinning knife which is a good replacement for the common butcher knife for one handed cooks.

A small knife that can be carried in pocket or purse. Cutting action is a rocking motion instead of the usual sawing.

This small knife is a variation of the Alaskan Ulu. It comes with a leather case and can be carried in a purse or on the belt.
