Putting on a Watch with One Hand

The watch is laid across the wrist.	Laying the wrist on a table top or other surface, the strap is pushed through the D ring.
The strap is the caught between the stump and table top and tightened by pulling away with the hand.	The metal pin is pushed into the hole in the strap.
The end of the strap is pushed into the retaining loop.	Complete!
